The 2023 PHRF, J24 and Crew registration is open. Skipper discount for early signup is $25 by April 30th, that’s money you save. There is also a discount for early PHRF New England registrations that PSA saves ($5 per registration). Check the PSA website, sailpsa.org and the PHRF NE website, phrfne.org for info.
