Have experience sailing for a few years out of Boston harbor on J27 and Beneteau 323s. Currently living in NH and I’m hoping to be able to get on the water a few times per week. I’m an eager and quick learner and not afraid of hard work! Looking for my community and people to sail with!
Judy King – judkin@gmail.com – 603-380-3291
I first raced with PSA for about 5 years, starting off on J24s and then moved over to the PHRF class. I have also cruised for over 30 years on monuhulls, trimarans and catamarans in New England area. In the last 10 years I have cruised for months in the Western/Eastern Caribbean, Central America, Portugal,Greece, Alaska, Canada and the Bahamas. I got involved again with PHRF about 4 years ago, and would like to crew this season either full time or at least as a substitute. I have experience in most positions on the boat and all kinds of conditions.

Grew up in a commercial fishing family and learned to love wind after sailing J24s. Moved to skipper on a Bristol 40. Currently studying for my captain’s license. Local to Kittery and I am free from teaching this summer!

I am 28 and new to sailing but recently acquired a Compac 16’ I plan to learn on. Looking for hands on opportunities to crew, learn, sail or race. I am a fast learner and good with my hands. Willing and able to help where I can. I have some experience on motorized boats and grew up boating in the bay and up the Piscataqua. I completed boater safety education in 2025. I am a Seacoast NH local and looking to get involved.
Jackie Jones – jackiejonesnh@gmail.com – 603-801-6113
I’m a 34-year-old looking to spend more time on the water and would love to join a crew whenever an extra set of hands is needed. I have a lot of availability and am happy to crew frequently. I grew up on the water and have been around motorized boats and sailing since I was young. I’m a beginner-to-intermediate sailor with a genuine love for sailing and an eagerness to keep learning and building on that experience. I’m scuba certified, active, and comfortable in and around the water. My experience as a competitive athlete in college means teamwork, communication, and staying composed under pressure come naturally. I’m happy to jump in wherever needed and promise to work hard.

Took sailing lessons as a kid and past two Summers have been sailing in Boston area through Community Boating on the Charles River. Have some racing experience on Cape Code Mercury 15’s and Sonar 23, am familiar with the racing rules and very eager to learn. Recently moved to the Seacoast, my schedule is flexible and hope to get out on the water this Summer. Interested also in gaining some experience outside of racing if anyone needs another hand on deck on weekend cruises.

I’m interested in crewing for Tuesday night PHRF racing. I bought a 26′ Ericson a year and half ago and have been teaching myself to sail, mostly single handed as well as have taken 10 hours of private sailing lessons. Also have been taking NauticEd classes online. Do not have any racing experience, but am keen to learn and have heard racing can be the fastest way to learn as well as a great way to make connections in the local sailing community…both are my goals.

Interested in Tuesday (PHRF) racing. I have been sailing for 30+ years. My dad was a yacht broker back before the crash in 1989. I was part of his boat delivery crew, and it was a good excuse to skip school and hang out with him. I was Skipper Of The Year in the junior sailing program at GIYC I participated in for 4 years around the same time. Since becoming an adult, I purchased a ’89 Catalina 25′ (SRWK) to be able to teach my wife and kids how to sail. We did several 7-day cruises in the great lakes, and when they were young pretty much lived on the boat during the weekend (Western Basin Lake Erie). My wife and I raced our boat for a couple of years on Lake Erie, and also have done 2 bareboat charters in the BVI on 40′ catamarans. I will be in town for the next 2 years working for Lonza as a consultant Project Manager. Demographic info on me (Age 43, Height 6’1″, 230lbs, non-drinker) My schedule is 2 weeks here and 2 weeks back home, if this sounds like a good fit contact me.

I live in Portsmouth and began crewing this season on a J30 (Grace Margot) on Tuesday nights and weekends. I would like to crew on a J24 for Thursday night races. If you are aware of anyone who could use additional crew members for Thursday night races, please let me know! Besides experience gained through PSA races, I’ve also completed an adult sailing course at KPYC sailing 420s.
