Registration for 2026 PSA season is now open.
To register for PHRF and/or J24 fleets there are buttons on the bottom of this page that will direct you to register through Regatta Network.
All PHRF Tuesday night skippers must have a current 2026 PHRF certificate which you will receive by completing/renewing an application on the PHRF-NE website PHRFNE.org or click on the PHRF NE Certificate button at the bottom of this page. Once skippers have been issued a PHRF NE Handicap Certificate, please upload this to your Regatta Network registration. The cost for PHRF NE Handicap Certificate is included in skippers registration fee.
NOTE: For a PHRF boat to be scored, we need a valid 2026 PHRF Certificate on file at PHRF-NE at the time of the race. The scoring is not retro-active. Please allow at least 7 days for processing your certificate before it gets into the scoring system. If it is not in the scoring system, repeat: you won’t be scored.
2026 membership options are:
J24 and PHRF Boats: The fee for a J24 or a PHRF boat is $670 and it includes the cost of a PHRF Certificate. There is a $25 discount when registering by March 31, 2026.
Crew: Since there is no Crew fee in 2026, if you would like to be added to the PSA mailing list, send an email to webmaster@sailpsa.org Please include which boat(s) you crew on, then you will be added to the mailing list.
What do the fees cover?: The fees cover maintenance of the race committee boat (Chumly), fuel, insurance, marks, anchors and lines for marks, awards and compensating our Race Committee to run the races for us and our webmaster Patty Daly, to manage the website and Regatta Network.
